What is your cancellation policy?


I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows me to offer that time slot to another client in need.


How long are therapy sessions?


Sessions typically last 50 minutes, allowing ample time for discussion and processing. The frequency of sessions can be adjusted based on your needs.


Can I contact you between sessions?


Yes, I encourage you to reach out via email for brief check-ins or urgent concerns. However, please note that in-depth discussions are best reserved for our sessions.
